Ya no se trata de conseguir fondos, de catalogarlos o disponerlos de manera \u00fatil en un espacio f\u00edsico. Ahora la biblioteca se centra m\u00e1s en el usuario-aprendiz, en el an\u00e1lisis de sus necesidades, en el desarrollo de programas de formaci\u00f3n del usuario, en la b\u00fasqueda de recursos digitales (fiables, p\u00fablicos, democr\u00e1ticos) para las diversas materias del curr\u00edculum escolar. El bibliotecario se convierte as\u00ed en un &#8216;mediador&#8217; entre las crecientes necesidades del aprendiz y del docente y el universo de recursos disponibles en la red.
