El 8 de marzo, D\u00eda Internacional de la Mujer, tuvo lugar en el Instituto Cervantes de Atenas una interesante conferencia sobre la posici\u00f3n de la mujer en nuestra sociedad hoy. La conferencia fue pronunciada por la psic\u00f3loga e psicoanalista Madelyn Ruiz San Juan y fue una propuesta de reflexi\u00f3n, discusi\u00f3n e intercambio sobre qu\u00e9 significa ser mujer en nuestros d\u00edas. Se trata de una pregunta que va m\u00e1s all\u00e1 del momento hist\u00f3rico para esbozar una aproximaci\u00f3n a la mujer como concepto. Del parecer al ser. \u00bfCu\u00e1les son las coordenadas de la presencia de la mujer en la sociedad contempor\u00e1nea? \u00bfQu\u00e9 define ella de s\u00ed misma y qu\u00e9 le es impuesto? \u00bfQu\u00e9 puede decir la mujer de s\u00ed? \u00bfDe d\u00f3nde viene la mujer y hacia d\u00f3nde va? \u00bfCu\u00e1les son los caminos posibles? \u00bfCu\u00e1l, su lugar?<\/p>\n

Estas y otras preguntas se presentaron como propuestas de problematizaci\u00f3n a prop\u00f3sito de otra conmemoraci\u00f3n del D\u00eda de la Mujer, esta vez con la pretensi\u00f3n de algo m\u00e1s que una eleg\u00eda.<\/p>\n

Madelyn Ruiz San Juan<\/strong> es psic\u00f3loga y psicoanalista en Atenas. MsC. Salud Mental y Cl\u00ednica Social, IAEU, Barcelona. Ejerce en su consultorio privado y trabaja en la ONG Kl\u00edmaka como psicoterapeuta individual y grupal. Su tesis de grado vers\u00f3 sobre la sexualidad femenina desde el psicoan\u00e1lisis lacaniano. Ha trabajado tambi\u00e9n en el pasado como investigadora en proyectos de identidad e historia social, as\u00ed como sobre la recepci\u00f3n de la obra y el pensamiento de Jos\u00e9 Mart\u00ed desde los presupuestos de la teor\u00eda de las mentalidades, la teor\u00eda del discurso y la intertextualidad.<\/p>\n
