Tribuna Abierta de Estudios Hispano-Helenos, n\u00famero B\u00b4 (2020), la revista electr\u00f3nica del Programa de Grado \u201c\u0399SP-Lengua y Civilizaci\u00f3n Espa\u00f1olas\u201d de la EAP<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se trata de un homenaje muy merecido a <strong>Edward Malefakis (E.M.)<\/strong>, gran conocedor de Espa\u00f1a, quien con un texto in\u00e9dito y p\u00f3stumo publicado en cap\u00edtulo 6 de la Tribuna Abierta vuelve a poner frente a frente la historia de los dos pa\u00edses, Espa\u00f1a y Grecia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el cap\u00edtulo 4, \u201cbajo la \u00f3ptica historiogr\u00e1fica de E.M.\u201d, hispanistas e historiadores griegos y helenistas espa\u00f1oles comparan y examinan diversos aspectos de la historia griega y espa\u00f1ola durante casi medio siglo (1930-1975), situ\u00e1ndolas en el marco social del Europa del sur. Los textos est\u00e1n firmados por Roberto Rodr\u00edguez Mil\u00e1n, Dimitris Angel\u00eds Dikakis, Dimitris Duros, Magda Fytil\u00ed, Alicia Villar Legumberi, Giorgos Vlajakis y Dimitris Filipp\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el cap\u00edtulo 5 figura la biograf\u00eda del hombre, padre, abuelo, esposo, amigo y cient\u00edfico Edward Elefcerios Malefakis a trav\u00e9s del testimonio valioso de su hija Laura Malefakis, su esposa Kal\u00ed Doxiadis y su amigo \u00edntimo, el ex defensor del pueblo, Nikiforos Diamanduros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los restantes cap\u00edtulos rinden homenaje a este \u201cmaestro de historiadores\u201d mediante la publicaci\u00f3n de art\u00edculos de destacados colegas espa\u00f1oles y griegos que arrojan luz sobre algunos \u201cmitos y falsedades\u201d de la Guerra Civil, el Franquismo y la Transici\u00f3n. \u00c1ngel Vi\u00f1as, \u00c1ngeles Egido, Glicerio S\u00e1nchez Recio, Alberto Reig Tapia, Matilde Eiroa, \u00c1ngel Luis L\u00f3pez Villaverde, Francisco Rodr\u00edguez Jim\u00e9nez, Javier Mu\u00f1oz Soro, Fernando Hern\u00e1ndez S\u00e1nchez, Encarnaci\u00f3n Barranquero Texeira, Marcos Breuer, Pedro \u00c1lvarez de Frutos, Lukian\u00f3s Hassiotis y Kost\u00eds Kornetis firman estos art\u00edculos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Todos aquellos interesados en la historia comparada y en los estudios de E.M. tendr\u00e1n la oportunidad de descubrir, a trav\u00e9s de los art\u00edculos, por qu\u00e9 en 1936 todo era posible, incluso la reforma y la paz, mientras que en 1939, y a la luz de 80 a\u00f1os de la Guerra Civil (internacional) espa\u00f1ola, lo \u00fanico posible fue la continuidad del r\u00e9gimen latifundista perpetuo, la contrarreforma, la guerra \u2026 y la posguerra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El comit\u00e9 cient\u00edfico del Congreso lo formaron tres profesores: \u00c1ngel Vi\u00f1as, Jos\u00e9 \u00c1lvarez Junco e Ioannis Hassiotis.
