Los conciertos de piano previstos para los d\u00edas 25 y 26 de marzo tendr\u00e1n lugar en la\u00a0Royal Irish Academy of Music, 36-38 Westland Row, Dublin 2.<\/p>\n

\u00bfHas fantaseado alguna vez con la posibilidad de cambiar la banda sonora de una pel\u00edcula?, \u00bfcon encontrar algo que se ajuste a\u00fan mejor a las im\u00e1genes de la pantalla? \u00bfTe gustar\u00eda que la canci\u00f3n de Quantum of Solace<\/em> fuera a\u00fan m\u00e1s lograda de lo que es?, \u00bfo quiz\u00e1s esperabas que la partitura de Requiem por un sue\u00f1o<\/em>, de Clint Mansell, sonara realmente en alguna de las m\u00e1s tr\u00e1gicas escenas de El se\u00f1or de los anillos<\/em>, como anunciaban en los tr\u00e1ileres?<\/p>\n

Jos\u00e9 Luis Nieto inventa una nueva partitura para El chico<\/em>, de Charles Chaplin<\/a>, dando a esta pel\u00edcula muda una nueva dimensi\u00f3n, acompa\u00f1ando este tesoro de la cinematograf\u00eda con piezas contempor\u00e1neas que se benef\u00edcian del conocimiento cl\u00e1sico de Nieto.<\/p>\n

Nieto, que a lo largo de su carrera ha llevado a cabo un intenso programa de conciertos a nivel internacional, est\u00e1 hoy considerado como uno de los pianistas espa\u00f1oles m\u00e1s importantes de su generaci\u00f3n. Sus estudios, bajo la gu\u00eda de V\u00edctor Merzhanov, le han abierto las puertas de algunas de las m\u00e1s prestigiosas salas de conciertos de Rusia. Tambi\u00e9n ha ofrecido giras en los Estados Unidos, y en Europa, este a\u00f1o, visitar\u00e1 Alemania, Reino Unido, Espa\u00f1a, Italia e Irlanda.<\/p>\n

Or hoped that Clint Mansell\u2019s Requiem for a Dream score was actually featured in some of the most tragic scenes of The Lord of the Rings<\/em> as the trailers had promised?<\/span><\/p>\n

Jos\u00e9 Luis Nieto\u2019s exercise is not a casual one, a marketing decision and definitely not a need, and there is where the challenge lays. Nieto invents a score for The Kid by Charles Chaplin, giving this silent movie a new dimension<\/a>, accompanying this treasure of cinematography with contemporary pieces that benefit from Nieto\u2019s classical knowledge.<\/span><\/p>\n

Nieto, who has undertaken an intensive catalogue of concerts at an international level, is considered as one of the more important Spanish pianists of his generation. His studies under the guidance of Victor Merzhanov have opened the doors of some of the most prestigious concert halls in the regions of Siberia and the Urals (Russia). He has toured the United States on three separate occasions; and in Europe he will visit only this year Germany, United Kingdom, Spain, Italy and Ireland.<\/span><\/p>\n
