Parece que nos olvidamos de que una vez sentimos rabia,\u00a0angustia, desinter\u00e9s, impotencia, y la necesidad de representar aquellos a\u00f1os.\u00a0Quiz\u00e1s es un mecanismo de defensa para olvidar, pero seguramente todos hemos pasado por ello, incluso los que no nos rebelamos contra nosotros mismos.<\/p>\n<p>Patricia Ferreira, directora y guionista (con Virginia Yag\u00fce) de esta pel\u00edcula, cuenta una importante historia, que adem\u00e1s nos recuerda aquel tiempo de la vida en el que sol\u00edamos hacer cosas cuando nadie nos ve\u00eda, o ten\u00edamos pensamientos que guard\u00e1bamos para nosotros mismos. Alex, Gabi y Oki van al mismo instituto. No parecen tener mucho en com\u00fan, sino la curiosidad que sienten los unos por los otros. Despu\u00e9s de un acontecimiento que los tres vivieron con intensidad, empiezan a pasar tiempo juntos. Comparten bebidas, risas, secretos, sue\u00f1os, etc.<\/p>\n<p>Con una estructura de pel\u00edcula de suspense, <em><a title=\"Abre nueva ventana \/ Open new file\" href=\"http:\/\/dublin.cervantes.es\/FichasCultura\/Ficha99600_16_1.htm\" target=\"_blank\">Los ni\u00f1os salvajes<\/a><\/em>, empieza como una historia sobre estos escandalosos e irresponsables chicos con mal comportamiento, para ir dando lugar a un inquietante relato sobre c\u00f3mo las oportunidades que da la vida, el rol de los padres y el sistema educativo conforman los caracteres de los j\u00f3venes durante sus a\u00f1os formativos.<\/p>\n<p>La honestidad y el compromiso que vemos en esta pel\u00edcula son el eco del recorrido period\u00edstico de Ferreira, que bebe de otras obras que presentan a adolescentes problem\u00e1ticos como protagonistas, como <em>Los juncos salvajes<\/em>, <em>La clase<\/em>, <em>D\u00e9jame entrar<\/em>, <em>Felices diecis\u00e9is<\/em>, o <em>Parque paranoico<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>El reparto comprende un\u00a0talentoso tr\u00edo de j\u00f3venes en los papeles principales: Marina Comas, \u00c0lex Monner, y Albert Bar\u00f3. Tambi\u00e9n incluye una espectacular interpretaci\u00f3n de Aina Clotet, como consejera comprometida con la escuela, o Ana Fern\u00e1ndez, que realiza el papel de madre preocupada. El papel de Fern\u00e1ndez golpea a los espectadores con una de las declaraciones m\u00e1s duras sobre estos salvajes: \u201cUn d\u00eda llegar\u00e9 a casa y mi hijo se habr\u00e1 ido. Y lo habr\u00e9 perdido, pero entonces el problema no ser\u00e1 solo m\u00edo sino vuestro tambi\u00e9n&#8221; (de nosotros como sociedad).<\/p>\n<p>La pel\u00edcula de Ferreira tiene muchas capas, pero es el espectador el que decide realizar una lectura superficial o llegar a un nivel m\u00e1s profundo. <em>Los ni\u00f1os\u00a0salvajes<\/em>, fue grabada entre Barcelona y Sevilla, y ha sido galardonada como mejor pel\u00edcula en el Festival de Cine de M\u00e1laga. Ha sido seleccionada tambi\u00e9n en numerosas categor\u00edas en el Festival Internacional de Cine de San Sebasti\u00e1n y a los Premios Goya. We seem to forget we once felt rage, angst, boredom, powerlessness and the dependency that depicts those years. Perhaps it is a defense mechanism to forget, but it is almost cer<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #003366\">tain we all have been through that, even the non-rebellious among us. Patricia Ferreira, director and writer (with Virginia Yag\u00fce) o<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #003366\">f this film, tells a story that matters, but also reminds us of that time in life in which we did things when nobody was watching, or had thoughts we only confided to ourselves.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #003366\">Alex, Gabi and Oki go to the same high school, they don\u00b4t seem to have much in common but the curiosity they feel for one another. After an event the three of them live with intensity, they start to hang out together. They share drinks, laughs, secrets, dreams\u2026<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #003366\">With a thriller structure, <a title=\"Open new window\" href=\"http:\/\/dublin.cervantes.es\/FichasCultura\/Ficha99600_16_2.htm\" target=\"_blank\"><em>Los ni\u00f1os salvajes<\/em><\/a>\u00a0begins as a story about these noisy, irresponsible and misbehaved kids, to unfold into an unsettling tale\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #003366\">about life choices, about the role of parents and the education system in shaping the youngsters characters during their formative years. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #003366\">The honesty and commitment we see in this film is an echo of Ferreira\u00b4s journalistic background, who looks up at other titles with troubled teenagers as protagonists such as <em>Wild Reeds<\/em>, <em>The Class<\/em>,<em> Let the Righ<\/em><\/span><span style=\"color: #003366\"><em>t One In<\/em>, <em>Sweet Sixteen<\/em> or <em>Paranoid Park<\/em>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #003366\">The cast comprises a natur<\/span><span style=\"color: #003366\">ally gifted trio of young actors in the main roles: Marina Comas, \u00c0lex Monner and Albert Bar\u00f3. It also includes some outstanding supporting performances by Aina Clotet, as a committed school counsellor; or by Ana Fern\u00e1ndez, who plays her part as a concerned mother. Fern\u00e1ndez&#8217;s character hits the viewers with one of the bluntest statements about these wild ones: \u201cOne day I\u00b4ll get home and my son will be gone. And I would have lost him, but then the problem won\u00b4t be only mine, it will be yours too\u201d (ours as a society).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #003366\"> Ferreira&#8217;s movie has many layers, but it&#8217;s the spectator\u2019s choice to read at the surface or at a deeper level. <em>The Wild Ones<\/em> was filmed between Barcelona and Seville and has been awarded as best film at the Malaga Film Festival. It has also been nominated in several categories in the San Sebastian International Film Festival and the Goya Awards.
