La cocina de un pa\u00eds es un gran libro abierto del que nos llegan aromas de historia, de geograf\u00eda, de la relaci\u00f3n de un pueblo con la tierra, de su clima, de sus intercambios culturales, de las costumbres de las familias alrededor de la mesa.<\/p>\n

\"Culinaria<\/a><\/p>\n

Durante los pr\u00f3ximos meses, el Instituto Cervantes te invita a degustar el m\u00e1s selecto men\u00fa para las tardes oto\u00f1ales:<\/p>\n

Bebidas<\/strong><\/p>\n

A trav\u00e9s de los seminarios de \u00a1O\u00eddo, cocina!<\/a> podr\u00e1s recorrer la gastronom\u00eda hispana desde Espa\u00f1a hasta M\u00e9xico, incluyendo dos charlas-degustaci\u00f3n sobre\u00a0dos m\u00edticas bebidas mexicanas: el tequila y el mezcal. \u00a0<\/p>\n

Primer plato<\/strong><\/p>\n

“El sabor de las palabras” <\/a>da t\u00edtulo al ciclo de conferencias que durante noviembre y diciembre explorar\u00e1n\u00a0la estrecha relaci\u00f3n entre literatura y cocina que han convertido a \u00e9sta \u00faltima en una fuente de inspiraci\u00f3n para numerosos autores.<\/p>\n

Segundo plato<\/strong><\/p>\n

El d\u00eda 1o de noviembre se inaugura la exposici\u00f3n “\u00a1A la mesa! dise\u00f1o y comida<\/a>“, una reflexi\u00f3n sobre la evoluci\u00f3n de las tendencias culinarias en Espa\u00f1a a trav\u00e9s del dise\u00f1o.<\/p>\n

\u00a0Postres<\/strong><\/p>\n

Los postres nos llevan al Caf\u00e9 Literario, donde los cinco t\u00edtulos proyectados en el ciclo “Cine y gastronom\u00eda”<\/a> retratan\u00a0el mundo de los fogones en la gran pantalla, ya sea en forma de documental, despertando unas carcajadas o haci\u00e9ndonos llorar.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Por todo ello, desde la biblioteca\u00a0te invitamos este mes a hacer una lectura de Espa\u00f1a a trav\u00e9s de su gastronom\u00eda. Ponte el delantal y ac\u00e9rcate a nuestra secci\u00f3n de cocina. Deja que tu paladar se sorprenda de la riqueza de la cocina espa\u00f1ola en la diversidad de sus regiones. Y sobre todo, atr\u00e9vete a compartir la mesa con nosotros cont\u00e1ndonos tus impresiones y c\u00f3mo no, el \u00e9xito de tus platos, en nuestro blog. \u00a1Buen provecho!<\/p>\n

Throughout the seminars “May I have your order?” <\/a>\u00a0you will make a journey along\u00a0the Hispanic gastronomy, fromSpain toMexico, including two talk\/tastings where you\u2019ll have the possibility to try two traditional Mexican drinks: tequila and mezcal.<\/p>\n

Starters<\/strong><\/p>\n

“The taste of words”\u00a0<\/a>is the\u00a0title of\u00a0the series of talks to be held during November and December with the aim to explore the close relationship\u00a0between literature and gastronomy, the last becoming an inspiration source to many authors.<\/p>\n

Main course<\/strong><\/p>\n

The 10th of November we have the opening of the exhibition “At the table! Design and food<\/a>“, a reflection on the evolution of culinary trends in Spain…<\/p>\n

Desserts<\/strong><\/p>\n

Desserts will bring us to\u00a0the Caf\u00e9 Literario, where the five films included in the series “Cinema and gastronomy”<\/a>\u00a0will display the world inside the kitchen on the big screen, making us laugh or cry.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

For all these reasons, the library\u00a0invites you this month to take a view of Spain through the prism of its cuisine. Put on your apron and get close to our cuisine section. Let your palate get amazed with the richness and diversity of Spanish cuisine throughout its regions.
