Open new window\" href=\"http:\/\/dublin.cervantes.es\/FichasCultura\/Ficha77382_16_1.htm\" target=\"_blank\">&#8220;El Bulli: Cooking in progress&#8221;<\/a>, una pel\u00edcula documental realizada por el director de cine alem\u00e1n\u00a0Gereon Wetzel sobre la <em>Fundaci\u00f3n El Bulli<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Creado por el reconocido cocinero espa\u00f1ol Ferran Adri\u00e0, <em>El Bulli<\/em> fue un restaurante que consigui\u00f3 numerosos reconocimientos, como el de mejor restaurante del mundo, o el de contar con las tres estrellas Michel\u00edn. \u00a0Ahora se ha convertido \u00a0en un espacio creativo e innovador desde donde se divulgan conocimientos, avances y logros gastron\u00f3micos , bajo el lema &#8220;Libertad para crear&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>La producci\u00f3n, realizada entre 2008 y el 2009, \u00a0narra el proceso de creaci\u00f3n del nuevo men\u00fa para la siguiente temporada. La proyecci\u00f3n se realiza en colaboraci\u00f3n con el Goethe Institut en Irlanda.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>The documentary movie about <em>El Bully Foundation<\/em> <a title=\"Abre nueva ventana \/ Open new window\" href=\"http:\/\/dublin.cervantes.es\/FichasCultura\/Ficha77382_16_1.htm\" target=\"_blank\">&#8220;El Bulli: Cooking in progress&#8221;<\/a>, by German Director Gereon Wetzel, will be screened tomorrow at 6pm at our Caf\u00e9 Literario.<\/p>\n<p>El Bulli was the name of the restaurant founded by the renowned Spanish chef Ferran Adri\u00e1. It received great recognition; indeed it was considered the best restaurant in the world and was awarded 3 Michelin Stars. Nowadays it has become a creative and\u00a0innovative space which, under the motto \u201cFreedom to create\u201d, spreads knowledge, developments and achievements related to cuisine.<\/p>\n<p>The movie was filmed from 2008 to 2009, and it depicts the process of creation of the new menu for the next season.
