Es te\u00f3rico de narrativa fant\u00e1stica y combina las facetas de investigaci\u00f3n y creaci\u00f3n. Adem\u00e1s, es profesor en la Universidad Aut\u00f3noma de Barcelona, su ciudad natal.<\/p>\n<p>Durante la entrevista, realizada por Patricia Garc\u00eda, Roas nos muestra su visi\u00f3n de qu\u00e9 es lo fant\u00e1stico; un mundo normal y cotidiano donde hay un momento en que irrumpe lo imposible.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n nos habla de la situaci\u00f3n actual de la literatura fant\u00e1stica en Espa\u00f1a y de algunas de sus inspiraciones para escribir. Especialmente importante ha sido su estancia en Per\u00fa, nos cuenta Roas, y el resultado fue un libro de cuentos ambientados en su totalidad en el pa\u00eds sudamericano.<\/p>\n<p>Como experto en literatura fant\u00e1stica pudimos escucharle, junto a Cristina Fern\u00e1ndez Cubas en el coloquio <a href=\"http:\/\/dublin.cervantes.es\/FichasCultura\/Ficha69291_16_1.htm\">&#8220;El cuento que vendr\u00e1&#8221;<\/a> en el Instituto Cervantes de Dubl\u00edn, reflexionar sobre el futuro de esta en Espa\u00f1a.<\/p>\n<p>&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8211;<\/p>\n<p>In our series<a href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/playlist?list=PL44628AED438BFA08&amp;feature=plcp\"> &#8220;Meetings at the library&#8221;<\/a>, we had the chance to speak with the Spanish writer David Roas. He is a theorist in fantastic narrative who combines his work as a researcher and his literary career. In addition, he works as a teacher in Autonomous University of \u00a0Barcelona.<\/p>\n<p>During the interview, that was made by Patricia Garc\u00eda, Roas showed us his personal view of fantasy; \u00a0he sees it \u00a0as an ordinary and normal world in which suddenly something impossible bursts.<\/p>\n<p>He also talked about the current situation of \u00a0Spanish Fantasy Literature and some of his inspirations to write.
