This conference will deal with<strong> topics<\/strong> <strong>such as justice and freedom of speech<\/strong>, two of the main values of a developed society. It will be held <strong>today at 6pm at<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>\u00a0Caf\u00e9 Literario<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>This gathering will also deal with the concepts of honour, people\u2019s reputation and intimacy as the space that every individual wishes to protect from the rest of the world (priceless for public figures who are exposed to audiences and press) or even the principle of presumption of innocence.This principle defines a legal term that establishes the innocence of every individual so that punishment can only be applied following a judicial process that demonstrates their guilt.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Antonio del Moral<\/strong> holds a Law degree and a Doctorate by the Complutense University of Madrid. He is professor of Financial Criminal Law and a Judge of the Spanish Supreme Court.
