La\u00a0Espa\u00f1a Celta\u00a0llega a Irlanda. Este a\u00f1o, Dubl\u00edn acoge un variopinto programa de actividades<\/a> que dan a conocer lo mejor de Galicia y su legado celta a trav\u00e9s de su\u00a0gastronom\u00eda, moda, cultura y turismo. Desde catas de vino hasta una conferencia sobre moda, el Instituto Cervantes, la Oficina Comercial de la Embajada de Espa\u00f1a y\u00a0la Oficina de Turismo te invitan a un apasionante viaje cuyo destino final es el Camino de Santiago.<\/p>\n

La primera de las actividades programadas<\/a> es hoy en el Caf\u00e9 Literario a la 13:oo pm. La c\u00e9lebre periodista gastron\u00f3mica brit\u00e1nica Claudia Roden \u00a0presentar\u00e1 su libro\u00a0Food of Spain<\/em>\u00a0(Penguin Books) y conducir\u00e1 al p\u00fablico irland\u00e9s a trav\u00e9s de los\u00a0secretos y placeres de la comida gallega, desde\u00a0los mariscos hasta la tarta de Santiago.<\/p>\n

Claudia Roden\u00a0naci\u00f3 y se cri\u00f3 en El Cairo. Tras finalizar sus estudios en Par\u00eds se traslad\u00f3 a Londres para estudiar arte. Con la publicaci\u00f3n de su best seller A book of Middle Easter Food<\/em> revolucion\u00f3 la actitud del mundo occidental hacia las comida de Oriente Medio. Ha publicado otros diez libros, entre ellos el cl\u00e1sico The book of Jewish Food<\/em>, con los que ha obtenido numerosos premios.<\/p>\n

The first of this series of events <\/a>\u00a0will be today at 1pm at Caf\u00e9 Literario.\u00a0The coveted British food writer, author of the book\u00a0The Food of \u00a0Spain<\/em>\u00a0(PenguinBooks), will lead an Irish audience on the\u00a0secrets and pleasures of the Galician food, from seafood to St James\u2019s cake.<\/p>\n

Claudia Roden\u00a0was born and brought up in Cairo. She finished her education in Paris and later studied art in London. With the publication of her bestselling A book of Middle Easter Food<\/em> in 1968, she revolutionized Western attitudes to the cuisines of the Middle East. She as written ten other books, which have won her many awards, including the classic The Book of Jewish Food<\/em>.<\/p>\n
