La c\u00e9lebre periodista gastron\u00f3mica brit\u00e1nica Claudia Roden \u00a0presentar\u00e1 su libro\u00a0<em>Food of Spain<\/em>\u00a0(Penguin Books) y conducir\u00e1 al p\u00fablico irland\u00e9s a trav\u00e9s de los\u00a0secretos y placeres de la comida gallega, desde\u00a0los mariscos hasta la tarta de Santiago.<\/p>\n<p>Claudia Roden\u00a0naci\u00f3 y se cri\u00f3 en El Cairo. Tras finalizar sus estudios en Par\u00eds se traslad\u00f3 a Londres para estudiar arte. Con la publicaci\u00f3n de su best seller <em>A book of Middle Easter Food<\/em> revolucion\u00f3 la actitud del mundo occidental hacia las comida de Oriente Medio. She finished her education in Paris and later studied art in London. With the publication of her bestselling <em>A book of Middle Easter Food<\/em> in 1968, she revolutionized Western attitudes to the cuisines of the Middle East.
