We offer you a week\u00a0theatre workshop<\/a>\u00a0running next week from Monday to Friday from 10am to 1pm. The workshop will be conducted in Spanish by\u00a0\u00a0Sandra Villegas, Director of The Latin Sphere Theatre.<\/p>\n

As a\u00a0communication tool\u00a0for adolescents, theatre is an interesting starting point for\u00a0personal and social development. The objective of the workshop is to help young people to recognise their own capacity for creativity.\u00a0Verbal and body language excercises, relaxation and role playing\u00a0are all activities that will help to develop the imagination. Through the performance of plays and the technique of improvisation, an environment of listening and reflection will be created, where everyone can express their opinions freely and explore their dreams.<\/p>\n

Sandra Villegas\u00a0completed post-graduate studies at UCD, where she gained her Masters in Directing for Theatre. She also received a diploma in drama and theatre from NUI Maynooth, and holds a degree in theatre, drama, acting and directing from CUNY (City University of New York). Sandra has trained on Broadway in New York, founded The Latin Sphere Theatre company in Dublin and has facilitated numerous theatre workshops for organisations like LASC (Latin American Solidarity Centre) and Ban\u00falacht.<\/p>\n

El verano es el momento ideal para mejorar el espa\u00f1ol de tus hijos mientras se divierten. La pr\u00f3xima semana te ofrecemos un\u00a0taller de teatro\u00a0<\/a>de lunes a viernes de 10:00 a 13:00. El taller es en espa\u00f1ol y estar\u00e1 impartido por Sandra Villegas, Directora de The Latin Sphere Theatre.<\/p>\n

El teatro como\u00a0herramienta de comunicaci\u00f3n\u00a0entre los adolescentes es un punto de partida interesante para su\u00a0desarrollo tanto personal como social. El taller tiene como objetivo hacer al individuo reconocer su propia capacidad creativa. El entrenamiento verbal y corporal,\u00a0la relajaci\u00f3n, y el juego teatral\u00a0se trabajar\u00e1n constantemente para incentivar el desarrollo de la imaginaci\u00f3n. A trav\u00e9s de piezas teatrales y la t\u00e9cnica de improvisaci\u00f3n se crear\u00e1 un espacio de escucha y reflexi\u00f3n en d\u00f3nde cada uno pueda expresar su opini\u00f3n libremente y poner en pr\u00e1ctica deseos y sue\u00f1os.<\/p>\n
