Junto a ella, las directoras Josefina Molina y Cecilia Bartolom\u00e9 fueron las tres pioneras del cine de la Transici\u00f3n y se encargaron de pasar el testigo a un n\u00famero significativo de directoras forjadas en las escuelas de cine.<\/p>\n<p>En la d\u00e9cada de los noventa se dej\u00f3 atr\u00e1s aquella lenta incorporaci\u00f3n de las mujeres espa\u00f1olas a la direcci\u00f3n de cine y se produjo ya un continuo goteo de mujeres al frente de producciones variadas, algunas de calidad indiscutible, con reconocimientos y premios nacionales e internacionales, incorpor\u00e1ndose con fuerza y afianz\u00e1ndose en el panorama cinematogr\u00e1fico, como directoras y guionistas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080\">Since Pilar Mir\u00f3 directed\u00a0<em>The Crime of Cuenca<\/em>\u00a0in 1979 (a plea against violence and torture), the cinema directed by women in Spain has experienced a great leap forward.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080\">The film&#8217;s success was such that few movie buff people did not see the film when it was released in Spain and Pilar Mir\u00f3 became the Spanish film director best known ever.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080\">Besides her, the directors Josefina Molina and Cecilia Bartholomew were the three pioneers of cinema during the transition to democracy and they passed the baton to a significant number of directors forged in film schools.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080\">In the nineties, that slow incorporation of Spanish women to film direction was left behind and there was already a steady trickle of women leading all kind of productions, some of unquestionable quality, with strong recognition and national and international awards, getting in the field with notoriety and steadying themselves in the film scene, as directors and screenwriters.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Desde que Pilar Mir\u00f3 dirigiera\u00a0El crimen de Cuenca\u00a0en 1979 (un alegato contra la violencia y la tortura del poder), el cine dirigido por mujeres en Espa\u00f1a ha experimentado un salto adelante.
