Sin embargo, las y los protagonistas de los cuentos que analizaremos en este taller hablan, pero no se entienden. La vida de las mujeres parece estar llena de \u00abmentiras, secretos y silencios\u00bb (en frase de la poeta norteamericana Adrienne Rich), tal vez porque aunque quieran comunicarse, no encuentran \u00ablas palabras para decirlo\u00bb (es el t\u00edtulo autobiogr\u00e1fico de Marie Cardinal). Los relatos que comentaremos en clase, de autoras espa\u00f1olas y latinoamericanas del siglo XX (Carmen Mart\u00edn Gaite, Mar\u00eda Luisa Bombal, CLarice Lispector y la propia Freixas) nos ayudar\u00e1n, esperemos, a entender en qu\u00e9 consiste esta incomunicaci\u00f3n y a qu\u00e9 se debe. \/ <span style=\"color:#888888\">\u00abIt&#8217;s through talking that people understand each other\u00bb, as the saying goes. However the protagonists -female and male- of the stories we&#8217;ll examine in this workshop do talk, but they <em>don&#8217;t<\/em> understand each other. Women&#8217;s lives seem to be full of \u00a0\u00ablies, secrets and silences\u00bb (in the words of the North American poet Adrienne Rich), perhaps because although they want to communicate, they don&#8217;t find \u00abThe words to say it\u00bb (the title of an autobiographical book by Marie Cardinal).
