Bajo la denominaci\u00f3n gen\u00e9rica \u201cForo Cervantes\u201d, la Universidad de Oxford y el Instituto Cervantes Londres inician una l\u00ednea de colaboraci\u00f3n que presentar\u00e1 en la entidad acad\u00e9mica brit\u00e1nica a algunos de los escritores espa\u00f1oles m\u00e1s reconocidos por la cr\u00edtica y el p\u00fablico lector. La sesi\u00f3n inaugural, corre a cargo de Rosa<\/strong> Montero<\/strong>, que pronunciar\u00e1 una conferencia y mantendr\u00e1 un encuentro con estudiantes de espa\u00f1ol\/Under the generic heading \u201cForo Cervantes\u201d, the University of Oxford and the Instituto Cervantes begin a collaboration to present to British academia some of the Spanish writers best known to critics and to the reading public. The inaugural session will feature Rosa Montero<\/strong>, who will give a lecture and meet undergraduates studying Spanish.<\/span><\/p>\n

Rosa \u00a0Montero, nacida en Madrid, es una destacada escritora y periodista. Desde finales de 1976 trabaja de manera exclusiva para el diario El Pa\u00eds. <\/em>\u00a0Es autora de numerosas novelas, libros de relatos y dos ensayos autobiogr\u00e1ficos. Su \u00a0obra literaria, galardonada con importantes premios, est\u00e1\u00a0 \u00a0traducida a m\u00e1s de veinte idiomas y es Doctora Honoris Causa por la Universidad de Puerto Rico\/Born in Madrid, Rosa Montero is a prominent writer and journalist. Since the end of 1976, she has worked exclusively for the daily newspaper El Pa\u00eds<\/em>. She is the author of many novels, short story collections and of two autobiographical essays.\u00a0Her literary work, for which she has received major awards, is translated into more than twenty languages and she is Doctor Honoris Causa at the Universidad of Puerto Rico.<\/span><\/p>\n
