La compostelana era una peregrinaci\u00f3n mucho m\u00e1s dif\u00edcil e incierta que la realizada a Roma, el otro gran centro espiritual de Occidente. Sin embargo, es la de Santiago la que revive una y otra vez en el imaginario europeo. Es as\u00ed hasta tal punto que tanto en el pasado como en el presente el viaje occidental a Compostela resulta\u00a0<em>un viaje sin fin<\/em>. En un doble sentido: es una experiencia que marca a la mayor\u00eda de por vida y, al mismo tiempo, aporta tantas respuestas como nuevas preguntas.<br \/>\n<em><strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000\">Las actividades que tienen lugar en el Instituto Cervantes Londres son de entrada libre, hasta completar aforo. It is a pilgrimage much more difficult and uncertain than the one to Rome, the other important spiritual centre of the West.
