El documental \u201c<strong>Snacks: Bites for a Revolution<\/strong>\u201d es un sencillo video que narra la vida y trabajo de los chefs espa\u00f1oles que han mostrado al mundo que <strong>el epicentro de la creatividad culinaria se encuentra en Espa\u00f1a<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Tras la proyecci\u00f3n del documental, se celebrar\u00e1 una mesa redonda moderada por el director de la Oficina de Turismo de Espa\u00f1a en Londres, don Enrique Ruiz de Lera, en la que se hablar\u00e1 de la revoluci\u00f3n gastron\u00f3mica espa\u00f1ola y su<strong> influencia en la evoluci\u00f3n de la cocina a nivel mundial<\/strong>. The documentary <strong>Snacks: Bites for a Revolution<\/strong> is a humble video that looks into the lives and works of the Spanish chefs who proved to the world that <strong>Spain was the epicentre of culinary creativity<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>After the documentary, Enrique Ruiz de Lera, Head of Spain&#8217;s Tourism Office in London, will host an open table discussion around the topic of the revolution of Spanish gastronomy, and its <strong>influence in the global evolution of cuisine<\/strong>. If you enjoy cooking and gastronomy, or are interested in increasing your range of English and Spanish vocabulary in the field, you may particularly enjoy this event.
