In 2007, the building went through a full refurbishment valued at more than 65 million pounds, being converted into\u00a0premium office space.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"attachment_7901\" style=\"width: 510px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-7901\" decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"wp-image-7901\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.cervantes.es\/londres\/files\/2019\/09\/Marcos-Moran-230x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"652\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blogs.cervantes.es\/londres\/files\/2019\/09\/Marcos-Moran-230x300.jpg 230w, https:\/\/blogs.cervantes.es\/londres\/files\/2019\/09\/Marcos-Moran-785x1024.jpg 785w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-7901\" class=\"wp-caption-text\"><em>Award-winning chef\u00a0Marcos Moran<\/em><\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong>Fabada de Prendes, for 4 people<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Ingredients:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">500 kg of dried beans or 1 kg of fresh beans (in this case there is no soaking)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">2 Asturian black pudding<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">2 Asturian chorizos<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1\/4 of a saffron sachet<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A small piece of unsalted bacon<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">60cl of oil<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1 teaspoon chopped onion<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0Salt to taste<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00bc teaspoon sweet paprika<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">200cl of chicken broth<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1 small piece of pork<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">METHOD:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Soak the beans in cold water the night before you plan to make your fabada.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">First, cook the chorizos, bacon and black pudding in water (just enough to cover them in the pan) for 10 minutes to degrease them.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Now, in a separate pan, bring the beans to a slow boil and scoop out the foam that starts to form on top of the water.
