La introducci\u00f3n a este trabajo de investigaci\u00f3n del British Council lo deja muy claro: desde un punto meramente \u00a0ling\u00fc\u00edstico no hay lenguas que destaquen sobre otras, pero cuando se trata de invertir tiempo y esfuerzo en el aprendizaje de una de ellas, hay que escoger, y es entonces cuando entran en juego factores pr\u00e1cticos. No s\u00f3lo los aprendices, sino tambi\u00e9n padres, pol\u00edticos o contribuyentes en general desean saber en qu\u00e9 lenguas merece la pena invertir recursos y \u00a0esfuerzos \u00a0para que merezca realmente la pena<\/p>\n

El informe analiza aspectos de tipo econ\u00f3mico, cultural, diplom\u00e1tico, educativo\u2026, en total 10 factores a partir de los cuales elabora una lista con las 10 lenguas m\u00e1s importantes para el Reino Unido:<\/p>\n
