From Fall 2012 agenda.<\/li>\n<li>Iberoamericana Vervuert \/ Iberbook Sanchez Cuesta non-merger\/legal issues &#8212; resulting approval plan problems, etc.<\/li>\n<li>LANE Brazil collecting project update.<\/li>\n<li>Acquiring books about Latin America not published in Latin America, Spain or the US.<\/li>\n<li>Grant writing for Area Studies librarians workshop.<\/li>\n<li>Ventana al Pasado NY State Archive project. From Fall 2012 agenda.<\/li>\n<li>Informaci\u00f3n Sistem\u00e1tica database history and current hosting needs.<\/li>\n<li>Interlibrary loan of videos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Para m\u00e1s informaci\u00f3n por favor visitar la p\u00e1gina web de LANE.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff\">This Friday November 22nd Instituto Cervantes New York hosts the 2013 Fall meeting of LANE (Latin America North East Libraries Consortium), a group of academic and research libraries in the northeastern United States committed to building and maintaining Latin American studies collections.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff\">The meeting, gathers LANE librarians to discuss and exchange ideas about subjects of utmost interest and current relevance that directly influence our work as librarians.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff\">The agenda of this meeting will focus on the following subjects:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #0000ff\">Scholarly Communication\/ Open Access.
