La m\u00fasica es un reflejo cultural y social con un enorme poder. Esta semana es la protagonista de nuestra agenda cultural los d\u00edas 9, 10 y 11 de diciembre.<\/p>\n

\u201cNew York, un estado: m\u00faltiples naciones\u201d<\/i><\/b> es el t\u00edtulo del concierto que el lunes 9<\/b> de diciembre<\/b> tuvo lugar en el Instituto Cervantes de New York y que inaugur\u00f3 este ciclo musical.<\/p>\n

A trav\u00e9s de la m\u00fasica de c\u00e1mara, \u00e9ste concierto nos transmiti\u00f3 la gran diversidad y multiculturalidad que caracteriza a la ciudad de Nueva York.<\/p>\n

El martes 10 de diciembre<\/b> el grupo espa\u00f1ol Cre.Art Project<\/b> nos present\u00f3 su espect\u00e1culo \u201cPar\u00eds\u201d<\/b>\u00a0 traslad\u00e1ndonos con su m\u00fasica a la \u00e9poca del Impresionismo.<\/p>\n

Hoy mi\u00e9rcoles 11 de diciembre<\/b>, estar\u00e1n con nosotros New Vintage Baroque<\/b> quienes interpretar\u00e1n\u00a0 \u201cLas haza\u00f1as de Don Quijote,\u201d<\/b><\/i> considerado como el mejor libro de todos los tiempos.<\/p>\n

Os esperamos a las 7pm en el Instituto Cervantes<\/b>. Puedes comprar la entrada hasta las 3pm del d\u00eda de la actuaci\u00f3n aqu\u00ed\u00a0<\/a>o en nuestro auditorio (s\u00f3lo en efectivo) de 5pm a 7pm. El precio es $15.00 para p\u00fablico en general y $12.00 para socios del Instituto Cervantes.<\/p>\n

Music is a cultural and social reflection with an enormous power, and this week has been the highlight of our programming for December 9th<\/sup>, 10th<\/sup> and 11th<\/sup>.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cNew York, one state many nations\u201d<\/strong> was the title of the concert that took place on Monday December 9th<\/sup><\/strong> at Instituto Cervantes New York and the one that opened this musical session. Through chamber music this concert conveyed the diversity and the \u201ccultural melting pot\u201d that has shaped New York\u2019s cultural landscape.<\/span><\/p>\n

On Tuesday, December 10<\/strong>th<\/strong> \u00a0<\/i><\/sup>the Spanish group Cre. Art Project<\/strong> presented their performance \u201cParis\u201d<\/i> a production that indulges in how the city of Paris and its artists inspired the age of impressionism.<\/span><\/p>\n

Today, Wednesday, December 11th<\/sup><\/strong>, New Vintage Baroque<\/strong> will be with us performing \u201cThe Greatest Hits and Exploits of Don Quixote.\u201d<\/i><\/strong> Heralded as the \u201cGreatest Book of All Time,\u201d by the Nobel Institute.<\/span><\/p>\n

We are looking forward to seeing you today, at 7:00pm at Instituto Cervantes.<\/strong> You can buy the tickets here <\/a>until\u00a03:00 pm of the performance day. You can also buy them (cash only) from 5 pm to 7pm at the auditorium of Instituto Cervantes. The ticket price is $15 and $12 \u00a0for ICNY members.<\/span><\/p>\n
